Dilawari Devi Kisan Kanya PG college was established by Late Shri Ch. Basant Singh in 1995 in memory of his mother Smt. Dilawari Devi. the college is established under the trust "Chaudhary Bhikam Singh Shikasha Sadan Trust"
Ch. Basant Singh was immensely talented and imparted knowledge to his students all his life as he was in teaching profession. He established and was the principal of Kundan Model Inter College in Amroha District in Uttar Pradesh. He noticed that girls education was not give importance in rural society hence their overall development was not possible. So he decided to establish all girls' degree college and dedicated to his mother to promote education girls in rural areas.

In 1996, in B.A. 1st year there were 56 students and now college has grown many folds U.P. Surely his hard work, presence and dedication were successful.
